Sales Gamify
Our customer was looking into existing Sales Gamify platforms available on the market but due to their size and unique needs nothing made sense from a cost perspective. They were going to pass on the idea altogether and continue utilizing the basic sales leader updates they been sending out via email weekly. We convinced them we could create a platform which would meet their needs a price point which fit their budget.

Challenge
We needed to find a way to involve and excite various skill levels of sales reps, from newbies and top performing veterans as well as include items which rewards the various steps of the sales funnel, not simply total sales. Teaching news reps the importance of consistency and dedication to the small steps at the top of funnel eventually lead to improved results at the bottom on the funnel. Also, different managers have different perspectives on which steps of the process are most important. We needed a solution they could customize to fit their style of selling.
Solutions
We built a platform in which Branch Managers could create their own criteria based on metrics which were already being tracked, either in another system in which we created an API to pull the data, or by simple manual inputs by users which can easily be verified by management. We also added a social element with fun, unique emoji’s to boos the “fun” factor. Managers can also choose from various game types.
Result
As one would expect, the sales staff and management took to the new platform. Not only did it improve moral and created competition but it also helps build new relationships. Managers and sales rep from various parts of the country who would otherwise never have a want or need to interact, form relationships based off the sales contests and spend more time engaging with each other, trading tips and cross training their sales staffs on each others strengths.
